Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page; follow prompts to verify your identity and reset your credentials.

Yes — use the Bill Pay feature to schedule payments online. The Bill Pay help system is available via the “Bill Pay” tab.
You can enroll in eStatements through Online or Mobile Banking. Enrollment must be completed by the member and cannot be done by Wauna Credit Union staff.
Before you begin:
• You must be registered for Online or Mobile Banking.
• If you are not yet registered, please complete Online/Mobile Banking registration first.
Enrolling through Online Banking:
1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Select Services from the top menu.
3. Click eStatements from the dropdown.
4. The eStatement registration page will appear.
5. Complete the registration form and click Confirm.
Enrolling through the Mobile App:
1. Log in to the Wauna Credit Union mobile app.
2. Select More at the bottom of the screen.
3. Under Services, tap eStatements.
4. The eStatement registration page will appear.
5. Complete the registration form and tap Confirm.
Completing enrollment:
• A sample statement with a validation code will be emailed to the address you provided, usually within a few minutes.
• The email will come from inquiry@waunafcu.org with the subject line “Please complete your eStatement enrollment.”
• Open the attached sample statement PDF to locate your validation code.
• If you do not receive the email, you may select “Click here to view a sample statement” on the registration page to retrieve another validation code.
• Return to the registration page, enter the validation code, and click Accept.
• Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Electronic Signature Act Disclosure.
Once complete, a "Welcome to eStatements" message will appear.
After enrollment:
• All future statements will be delivered electronically.
• Statements created before enrollment will not appear in the eStatement portal.
• The eStatement portal stores up to 24 months of statements.
• Members are encouraged to download statements they wish to keep beyond 24 months.
Accessing your eStatements:
When a new eStatement is available, you will receive an email from inquiry@waunafcu.org with the subject line “Your Wauna Credit Union monthly statement is available.”
To view your statement:
1. Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App.
2. Navigate to eStatements.
3. Select the Statements icon to view and download your available statements.

If you have multiple accounts, this enrollment process must be completed separately for each account.
