A Virtual Teller unit from Wauna CU is another example of efficient service and technology we offer our members. You can conduct teller transactions via video chat at the drive-thru, so you never have to leave your car, but still get the in-person service you need.
Our members can conduct a wide variety of transactions with a Virtual Consultant, including deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, loan payments and advances, and ordering checks.
Virtual Tellers at Wauna CU are similar to other transactions with a teller at a branch. With a touch of a screen, you’ll connect to a Virtual Consultant upstairs in our Astoria branch and walk you through each step of the transaction.
Our Video Teller Units are available at our Clatskanie, Forest Grove, St. Helens, Warrenton, Vernonia, and our Astoria branches. They'll be installed at our other branches in the future.
A Virtual Consultant gives you all the convenience of going into a branch, without stepping out of your vehicle. You can speak with a teller, access your accounts, and conduct numerous types of transactions in the drive-thru.
They are Wauna Credit Union employees who are actual humans and located in our Astoria office.
Virtual Consultants are available 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and open until 6:00 p.m. Friday, as well as 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m on Saturday. They also function as regular ATMs outside of these hours.
