The Governance Committee of the Board of Directors has approved three nominees for three positions on the Board of Directors from applications submitted by members. Their names and biographical information are included below.
An election will not be conducted by ballot, and there will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting when the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled, which is currently the situation. Any other member who desires to run for the Board may do so now only by a nomination by petition signed by 211 credit union members over the age of 18-years.
An application may be requested by calling 1-800-773-3236, ext 3124 or ext 3115. Completed applications must be received by end of business on February 8, 2017, and may be mailed to Wauna Credit Union, Attn: Governance Committee, PO Box 67, Clatskanie, OR 97016, or may be turned in at any branch location by the end of business February 8, 2017.

a higher interest rate so members can earn more on their money! Members earn interest starting at a $50 balance, and as their balance grows, so does the bonus
dividend.
Members can set up automatic deposits for any amount they want to drop into the account daily, weekly, or monthly — which makes building your Holiday Club fund super simple! Then, around the end of October, the account empties right into your checking account to use for holiday shopping, property taxes, or other expenses.

Payments from your IRA are subject to federal income tax withholding, unless you elect no withholding. You may change your withholding election at any time prior to your receipt of payment. To change your withholding election, complete
the appropriate form provided by Wauna Credit Union. Withholding from IRA payments, when combined with other withholding, MAY relieve you from payment of estimated income taxes. However, your withholding election does not affect the amount of income tax you pay. You may incur penalties under the estimated tax rules if your withholding and estimated tax payments are insufficient.
