Caring On & Off The Job
Our philosophy of "People Helping People" extends outside of our membership and into our communities. We support our employees and their volunteer involvement in a myriad of charitable, youth, animal, social, civic, and professional organizations.
Each year our employees nominate and elect a charitable cause to raise funds for throughout the quarter. Many employees choose to have donations deducted from their paycheck, pay to wear jeans on paydays, and participate in other fun opportunities to donate money and time. Just another way our employees enjoy giving back.
