Online Banking Usage Tips
Wauna Online Banking offers members the capability to review
account
activity,
make
transfers, pay loan payments, and much more.
To Log In
As a member, you are already signed up for Online Banking. Simply enter your member number in as your user ID and the last four digits of your SSN and click enter. The system will prompt you to change your password once you log in.
Here are a couple of items to note:
- 3 incorrect access codes attempts will lock you out of the account
- You cannot change your Access Code/PIN online. This must be done via the
PS Line (phone numbers listed above) by entering the following; your member
number, current access code, service code 66# and follow the instructions
- DO NOT use your Debit Card PIN. It is not affiliated with the phone and
Internet Access Code.
- Use a 128-bit encryption level browser. Make sure that your browser is
either Netscape Navigator 4.04 through 4.76 (free download) or Microsoft
Internet Explorer 3.02 or higher (free download). In either case, make sure
all patches (security fixes) are applied. Netscape 6.0 has known bugs. If
you have Netscape 6.0, you may need to downgrade to an earlier version of
Netscape.
