In order to provide lower wait times for our members, we are excited to announce that through our partner, LSI, the same number you regularly call will automatically transfer to our partner when wait times get too long, who will be able to answer questions about your account, take loan applications, and help you with other banking tasks. Rest assured that Wauna Credit Union remains committed to hiring local people as our employees – our partnership with LSI will not change that. We understand that LSI will occasionally not be able to answer your question. If they are not able, they will connect you with our Virtual Branch in Astoria.
